“Office buildings are our factories – whether for tech, creative or traditional industries we must continue to grow our modern factories to create new jobs,” said United States Senator Chuck Schumer.
Those first Dave Hamster photos look like they might have been from the Staten Island ferry. It's a good way to bring folks into the city when you're giving them the tour.
I lived on Governors Island for eight months and still have that view of what I can't call "The T**ns, (because STR would blow a fuse, and even though it seems a little wierd, he puts out world class renders and it's a small price to pay for his beautiful work) carved into my brain. I'm very much looking forward to the new view in a while.
Str As You Here All The Time , You Work Is Amazing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Close Detail Looks Like Its Taken From A Digitral Camera, And The Windows Look Great
Hey guys,I'm new around here and just joined this website a few days ago. I see this is a very interesting thread. I was born in New York when the Twin Towers were still there and lived there until the summer of 2001 when I went to Florida to start school. Then 9/11 happened, and I never put that much thought into it until I fully got to know what was there and the people. Glad to see there's making this, and it seems much better from the renderings they did before. This is gonna be good.

I think the new WTC is going to be a worthy successor.
