That was a pretty old building for PT, wasn't it?
1970s or 80s?

I meant it must have been one of the earliest PT structures in town.

Just from someone who knows little or nothing about PT but it seems like there's a lot of loose wire compared to what you would expect from traditional rebar.

The old building on the 1550 Albeni site was also post-tensioned:

Cool.
I remember a structural engineer friend of mine saying taht PT only spread to residential condo towers in the 1980s with Pacific Point (Pacific & Homer) being one of the first (?)

Looks like a large tech user has grabbed up the entire block of Kabam games and SNC Lavalin's old space in the tower, as Kabam is moving to bigger space in 753 and SNC is well... a mess. Still confidential but will likely be coming out soon.

They took 37K square feet in the Telus boot building in Burnaby.

Hmm seems cat's outta the bag, ya Amazon took over SNCs space in the tower. Yet another 80k gobbled up by the Amazon juggernaut. Last I heard the deal was still confidential, but apparently Avison thinks otherwise!
