EDMONTON | Melcor Tower | 325 FT / 100 M | 20 FLOORS | PRO

Plans are underway to build this officer tower on Edmonton's main downtown Street in the middle of the CBD @ Jasper Avenue and 102st.

There would be a 2 storey podium with retail with an 18-20 storey tower situated on top slanting out towards jasper avenue.

Very nice design! Will this one actually come to fruition?
Only thing is, they will have to relocate the "Clouds" sculpture, LOL.

Yeah, hard to say without oh... a professional rendering, but potential. Tower to right name has interest in 'a new tower', perhaps this is it?

You get the idea from the sketchup model, but yeah, an actual rendering would be better.

Good to see more office construction in Edmonton.

Keep in mind this is very much a 'placeholder' for a more refined design.

I was thinking it was more of a massing model, so the final design could be very different then?

looks like back to the nineties. Would seem more appropriate in Missingsausage or North York City Centre. But not too bad.
