There are a couple of buildings in Washington that look very similar, the Roosevelt in Seattle and the Larson building in Yakima, so it may be there. I don't know.

It's the Cell Site Array Tower in Wireless Telephone City, USA.

Seriously, I dunno... but I like the art-deco architecture it proudly displays.
