It's a roadside attraction, step right up and see the world's largest air conditioner!

Too bad Saskatoon didn't really need one this summer

In my mind once a project is approved and the fence is up, I consider it to be under construction, although i'm sure a big debate will ensue over this since many people consider the first shovel hitting the ground the first sign of construction.

As somebody stated, at 9 stories it can't be just 13.9 m high. That figure is just the height from above Battery Road, (the highest elevation at the back of the site). The actual height is about 15 m at each end, a maximum of about 22m in the middle, with the total height between the entrance and the highest roof being about 27 m (confusing?).

Yep ... gotta love that hilly Atlantic landscpae don't you?

I'll count it as 27m since it makes the most sense height wise.

I new you'd be the one to be able to explain it.

The name of it is Harbour Court Condominiums Dmajackson not The Narrows, that was the last tallest.

This is what the Hamilton Grand will look like when completed on the southeast corner of John Street South and Main Street East.

This was Montreal's tallest U/C (Louis-Bohème, 28 floors) until a few months ago. I have to say that while in the daytime it doesn't look great, at night it doesn't look half bad (you can't really see the cheap panels too much)!

That is a nice building. Edmonton buildings are getting a lot nicer. For the past two years, almost everything I've seen proposed or under construction for Edmonton I like.

Gatineau's new tallest under construction is either 30 Victoria (16fl) or 22 Eddy (15 fl). I am not sure of the exact actual heights of each building, but they are probably close... if in doubt I'd go with the 16-storey one.
