Based on the renders, I'm not sure if I'm liking how the top balances out. It's as if there's a mini-setback at a 90º angle.

The facade, while consistent and visually appealing, looks somewhat "VE'd".

Excellent height for its placement, though.

This is an underrated tower. It's actually nice despite everyone trashing it. The cladding is quite classy with the geometric pattern.

Bare concrete walls like those on that tower in the background shouldn't be allowed... Of course they will never stop them from doing it because there are no design reviews on most towers.

118 Fulton as viewed from DoBro. Looks lilliputian compared to 3 WTC and especially 1 WTC, which dominates the neighborhood. On a side note, over in Jersey City, Ellipse can be seen. It's the wavy facade, Miami-like tower.

Also, a tab-bit hard to find, unless you know its location, but the POS 215 Pearl can be seen. To the right of 118 Fulton, with the bunker like design. Honorable mentions to 5 Beekman, with its 4, PVC pipe corner spires.

118 Fulton on the right. Can also see One Seaport. As viewed from a far. 80 South will redefine that section of Lower M. Essentially being 1 WTC roof height.

Foreground relative to 3 WTC, 118 Fulton is visible. Almost looks like it fuses into 3 WTC. Also, we can see 111 Murray on the far right. In between 1 WTC and 8 Spruce, we can see the horrid 115 Nassau aka 5 Beekman.

To each his own; but what really needs to come down is that sickly ±250-300' egg-sucking dog catty-corner and to the viewer's right of 1 Liberty.

Gosh I don't care for this building. The pattern looks silly.

IDK...Maybe if they swapped the glass shading it would've been more interesting...or if they went with a stronger grey to white for the patterned sections; but it just looks kinda vapid.
