You know when they built Liberty One I realized for the first time how short a 40 story tower really is; prior to it 40 floors seems like a lot; but now with Comcast Tech its really sinking in again just how tall this tower is; and it is freaking awesome.

Which is interesting, because One Liberty Place actually has more floors than Comcast Tech. Granted, that's what the spire does to you, but 59 floors for a building of that height is still really rare.

Yeah, for instance, the Panorama Tower in Miami is only 868 feet tall but it has 85 floors

TK...look forward to seeing these. I can't wait for the CTC to be 'done' and to have some green in the scenery. I need a new desktop background

TallCoolOne, fantastic pictures...I always appreciate your contributions.

The only portion of the "spine" left to be enclosed is on the dark patch below the bottom extension of the lantern.

I feel like a Godzilla monster is going to come down and use the CTC as a cell phone and use the cc1 as a usb stick.

Sorry, I still can't get on board with this tower. The width drives me nuts. But it's more than that. The width could have been visually "minimized" if the top was more tapered. The Bell Atlantic Tower (or whatever they're calling it these days) is similarly wide but has a graceful taper and is in fact one of my favorite towers. This is a hulking monsters, and not in a complimentary way.

^^ I'm a fan of the tower but I understand your criticism. I think we can all agree that this tower is a beast, whether that's a good thing or a bad thing.
