Insane.

Phase II will give the centerpiece towers the appearance more girth.

The rusty pylon blocking both 30 and the "3 Musketeers" (NYT, BofA, Condé Nast/4 XSQ) is priceless.

Largest supertall cantilever? Until Jeddah Tower's helipad. Unless I'm forgetting something...

See exclusive construction photos of NYC’s highest outdoor observation deck at 30 Hudson Yards

APRIL 30, 2018
BY DANA SCHULZ

Quote:
After commencing construction on and releasing two dizzying renderings of the super-high observation deck at 30 Hudson Yards, developers Related Companies and Oxford Properties Group have now shared with 6sqft these vertigo-inducing construction photos of the 1,100-foot-tall deck. In addition to its sheer height, the deck, which will be the tallest outdoor observation deck in NYC and the fifth tallest in the world, will extend 65 feet away from the building with a window on the floor so thrill seekers can peer down.

That third pic in the above series makes it easier to figure out how the supertalls are gonna affect views.

The ob deck plate is really starting to show. I'm just in awe of the facts that we have four monster towers at least in the immediate area alone ready to rise, plus HY Phase II.

The CTBUH is classifying this as structurally topped out.

Weird, the crown and observation deck isn't done yet. I think the crown will be done around June
