The Skyscraper Project is a 3D building simulator. It has 3 building pre-built for you. The 141 story Triton Center, The 138 Story Glass Tower, and The 111 story Sears Tower. You can also make your own building if you know the code. Did I also tell you it is FREE

Well Sketchup is really for just making models of buildings. Skyscraper is a first-person 3D simulator, and simulates the actual elevators, stairs, shaftwork, etc.
