You don't need to be a skyscraper geek to see the photo is likely Vancouver and certainly not Toronto. True, you need to at least be familiar with the cities however, our vernacular are very different from one another.

The second picture WCO posted gives you a good idea of how high the ceiling is in relation to the construction worker.
