Awesome. Thanks for the pictures. Looks like they're really getting after it.

There are pilings, so this is no longer "site prep", but is under construction.

A few shots from Saturday from the Long Center plaza. I'm thinking the crane's height is about where the building will be.

There are no other 10+ floor buildings in a few block radius. The nearest are the Plaza lofts, 360 and the Cenpatico office. Even at 13 floors, it will really pull the skyline West from several angles.

The lower part of 360 is 17 floors high and IBC is on slightly higher ground. It may be a bit lower than crane height, but in the vicinity.

The 17th floor setback on 360 is 184 feet 9 inches. So the IBC Bank Plaza's roof will be about a foot taller than that. But, you're right, IBC's sea level elevation is 8 to 20 feet higher than 360's.

I think you're trying to post the URL (link) of the page those photos are on. What you need is the URL link of the photos themselves.

Those are cool photos. I rode by the construction site Saturday night and saw the huge crawler crane parked on the site. I've been using West Avenue lately whenever I had north so I can ride past those construction sites.

Some of those pictures will be as unrecognizable in 2 years as before the last building boom. In some ways, this current boom excites me more because it will help our skyline grow out of its awkward adolescent years. While there aren't "many" signature towers going up, we already have quite a few and all this development will help unify the skyline into a more cohesive whole and be less fragmented.

Also, this building looks to go up very fast as it seems they are doing minimal excavation.

Ah! I need to make it over to the Whole Foods deck. I still haven't been up there yet. I'm sort of waiting on the crane for Colorado Tower and 7th & Rio Grande to go up before I got check out all the spots.
