Absolute is probably the most uniquely-designed skyscraper currently u/c in Canada! sweeeeet.

Photo of Uptown by Urbandreamer:

Once uptown is built, i believe that view will be one of the best to capture uptown in its fullest! Its almost unobstructed and will look supertall! it really looks nice in between those 2 buildings!

Yorkville is choice...

And its getting so dense...... with good skyscrapers. I honestly hope we see more tall proposals coming through once the One Bloor, and U Condo projects have been completed. It truely can become a city within a city.

I assume by good you mean tall as Uptown is pretty bad and BSN couldn't be any worse. These skyscrapers are more Bloor than Yorkville. The wealthier Yorkville parts will continue building boutique midrises.

I think Bloor and Yorkville is becoming Bloor/Yorkville... we're seeing all sorts of architecture that they're sorta merging together now...

Here's Burano by Confusion on UT:

That parking ramp looks really awesome!

Wow, pretty soon I'll be on the street grabbing shots of Burano rising. I hope the cladding is at least as good as Murano...

we're losing hieght with the towers coming off the list, but were getting a good size number of mid ranged hieght towers to take their place in the construction ranks...

I was chilling all day in Yorkville, and it was onfyr, and its not even summer yet.. can you imagine this place in June and July when the weather heats up...

****This one will be coming off the list later this year... And like Cal said, we're gonna loose some height... but there's tons of projects on the way like Burano, 300 Front, Hullmark, etc... Although many have not exactly started construction, i'm hoping excavation won't take too long!

*I think we made it official that excavation counts as u/c but it'll mean we'll have a ton of skyscrapers near the top of the list that will all just be digging!

It might get a little boring at times!

Thanks for putting the list together but most of the exciting ones are all in the top 10 and haven't even broken ground yet (some have)...

2010 could be the year of the ground breakings/excavations... it might get a little boring till foundations are poured
