They've been slowly buy surely closing the gap for the last couple of weeks. I just want it done though; seeing the thing with all of its glass would be awesome.

I'm looking forward to the groundfloor and lobby completing and the commercial tenants moving in. Not sure what the ETA on that is. But I would hope they are all in by summer.
Great pic (also on the CTC thread). That bridge is one of the best places to look at the skyline. I notice that the cranes are completely gone. I guess all that's left is all of that missing glass on the south facade.
Philadelphia already had a great skyline but I would definitely call it a finalist for most improved over the past 10 years. The two new Comcast towers and FMC have been game changers.
Which does bring up an interesting point, because this building is only a few feet shorter than 3 Logan Square. Since it's the tallest building west of the river by far, it makes it difficult to visualize 3 Logan right next to it, and see them at almost the same height.
That is why I say they should spread out the skyline instead of squeezing all the tall buildings together because 3 Logan Square would also standout that way for sure.

Density is the result of demand, you can't just dictate where somebody builds a high rise because the skyline will look better from 10 miles out. NYC has 40 skyscrapers higher than 3 Logan Square. 40!!
did anyone else notice how many messed up panes of glass there are on this building? I saw this driving north on 76 over the weekend. Are they waiting for replacement sections to the curtain wall?
