Yep. I guess FMC could move in while the upper floors are under construction (though I think it'd be pretty disruptive). That won't give us a good sense of when the tower will top out or when principal construction will be over.

Yeah that corner lot new construction townhouse looks awesome. I would like to come to Philly just to walk around a few of the hot neighborhoods to take pictures of the different types of infill happening.

I would recommend it! There is a lot going up in neighborhoods around Center City in North and South Philly.

Seriously, its like that added brand new neighborhoods all along Columbus Blvd North of Ben Franklin Bridge with the amount of Townhomes and Condo's that have flew up.

They were synced last night. Purple that dimmed and began to twinkle every few seconds along with Cira. It was pretty cool looking.
