London isn't my home town. I am from Montreal. Lived for years in BC and Alberta too.

I always think of the place that you live as your hometown. That said I understand that home could be someplace where you really wish to be. I know your history also so thanks

You can't compare London to Halifax for presence. Halifax is the largest city in an entire region of the country and is a capitol to boot.

London is not a "Rodney Dangerfield" in any sense of the word. Being overlooked and getting no respect are 2 very different things.

I disagree it makes perfect sense! Sure if London was in the location of Halifax or Victoria it would probably look greater then those cities. However, the same reason you argue that it is not the Rodney Dangerfield the facts speak for themselves. It is in Ontario so it is always Toronto Ottawa Hamilton Kitchener.

No one talks about London it is always in the shadow of Kitchener/Waterloo

The tech giant! It is simple London is the lost city in Canada!

Did you think about putting the fire out or are you still playing with yourself?

This makes me wish that Arnold Schwarzenegger was president of the USA.

The fact that it was being compared with Regina, sometimes unfavorably, makes it a contender.

In Canada it can only be one place. Milton.....the crowning jewel on the 401 corridor.

Internationally, Bari never got the respect it deserved after its ill fated breakdown of the retail hierarchy

Indeed, back then it didn't get much respect. It was the booming version of Winnipeg. My mom hated the place. I have good memories, though.
