Bad news: The Edison is dead. The site was sold off to another developer who has "no immediate plans" for development. It was speculated that something like this might happen with three 20 or so floor office towers proposed. The Dillon and Charter Square North seem to be moving forward. The Edison apparently wasn't able to secure enough pre-leases.
In other news, the Legends nightclub site has been listed for sale and is zoned for 12 floors.
