It's not too hard to visualise stretching that cladding across a taller version of the same building. Finishing touches can improve a project, but LED lighting at Aura or Harbour Plaza doesn't improve the architecture or street presence of either. If those are the factors that you consider most important, extrapolation is quite easy.

Well Harbour Plaza is a good example of a build most didn't like until the balcony glass went higher up the towers.

It's not entirely the same (still not as bad as comparing a prelim sketch to a finished product so kudos) Harbour Square cladding has a random three dimensional element to it. It isn't just copy n paste. That said, Your opinion is still not likely to change much between 6 floors and 50 floors.

Slick tower.

5 years from now, I can't imagine Yonge-Eglinton. The most exciting intersection in all of Toronto for construction.

The amount of construction in and around Yonge & Eglinton is insane and then you have a subway being built.

Unless the shit hits the fan, there will be plenty more tall towers rising for years still...

Yonge and Eglinton is being built now. The skyline will be different in 5 years with a dozen newly built towers.

Today, off my cell phone:
11. E Condos (Toronto): 194.4m / 638ft

Also, installation of railings/balconies is beginning on the rental tower, but there was no balcony actually installed yet, just the supports.

Why is the treatment on the east different from that on the west? One side looks almost like curtain wall and the other window wall.
