toda esta info está super bien pero yo siento que si le sigues poniendo cosas en esta página va a estar super lento, digo de por sí tarda mucho en cargarse todo... y pues lo único que va a pasar es que nadie se meta por flojera de esperar a que se cargue todo.... fuera de eso ..gracias por la info .. muy buena.

Valla que ya empezo el moviemiento en la perla.

Ya hace unos 2 años que no voy, debo de actualizar mis datos, jajaja.

Ojala pueda ir a ver la inauguración de la Torrena, sería un sueño hecho ralidad.

Hay movimiento, allá, espero que se quede asi por mucho tiempo.

ASI ES, AUNQUE MAS QUE MOVIMIENTO YO LO LLAMARIA UN BOOM DE CONSTRUCCION COMO NO SE HABIA VIVIDO POR ACA DESDE HACE MUCHOS AÑOS (DECADAS)....!

Mmm todo bien , proyectos padres lo unico que no me gusto es que lei demasiandos PROPOSED pero bueno...esperemos que algun dia cambie ah CONSTRUCTION.

Question

No sé si todavía se acuerden de esta foto (creo que ya tiene mas o menos un año de antigüedad) y se las quiero enseñar porque yo pensé que en el terreno que ya estaba listo para construir (el naranja de la izquierda) iba a ser el lugar donde iban a construir la torre Aira, pero acabo de ver los renders de las torres Myth (en amarillo) y el letrero de Aira está al lado derecho... Después chencando los renders grandes de la torre Aira se puede ver que el terreno es medio estrecho, el cual coincide exactamente con el recuadro verde de la foto...Bueno, si alguien tiene información de lo que está o se va a construir ahí en ese terreno naranja, le agradecería que la compartiera! PD: en la parte superior (rosa) se puede ver donde estan construyendo el segundo Fiesta Americana de Guadalajara.

Red face Si, ahí está el AIRA

El terreno es de una residencia de los años 70´s de una familia mas o menos conocida de aquí de GDL, y se supone que la demolieron para dar paso a este gigante que reforzará el horizonte de la zona financiera-country.

Thumbs up Proyecto Mega Biblioteca

Ojala que con al auge de los recientes proyectos en GDL surgiera una para construir una mega biblioteca publica y que se sometieran a concurso los disenos como en el DF. Creo que GDL se merece una biblioteca publica de primer mundo y a que ademas el diseno sea de primer nivel...

Yo creo que esto es dificil en parte porque las bibliotecas no generan ganancias como lo haran la torrena o el JVC y al contrario requieren mucha inversion para adquirir el acervo, salarios del personal y mantenimiento. Yo me pregunto si GDL puede o no sostener a una mega biblioteca asi...


Que opinan?

De hecho si se va a construir en el centro cultural de la U. de G. dentro del proyecto se incluye una biblioteca pública por que la biblioteca anterior del estado la tuvieron que desalojar por que sufrió daños en su estructura con el sismo de Enero del año pasado... así que todo el acervo está guardado esperando a que concluyan la biblioteca nueva en los Belenes...
