Group Tour Modern Architecture

Hello All. I need ideas for an upcoming group tour I am starting to develop with a theme of modern architecture. This tour will be tailored for architects and students studying architecture, and will include international travel to North America, Europe and possibly Asia.

What I am looking for:

- Destinations: cities, countries, specific structures or buildings.
- A tour leader (not tour guide), just someone to be the pointperson for the group and help keep everyone organized. This individual would go at no cost and would preferably have some sort of a following or at least help bring others on board.

The Chicago Architecture Foundation offers daily, docent-led thematic architectural walking tours; its website might be a good starting point for some ideas:
