Looks like a cheap ass college dorm from the 60s/70s. I suppose when you don't have reviews on design you have to put up with clunkers like this sullying your city every so often. Shame. Unfortunately building is not regulated in NYC very much. You can put up any piece of trash and you have to suffer the dirt cheap budget designs as a consequence.
