Baltimore Part 1: Black and White

Because I had about 200 photos I liked that I had taken starting from August of 2011 up until February 2012, I thought I would finally post them! Here's half of them. I thought it would be interesting to have half of them in Black and White and half in Color so here are the results! Photos extend all across the central part of the city, as well as a very few outer neighborhoods. Enjoy!

Whimsical. Nobody does Baltimore like you. And I keep meaning to tell me story of what happened when I tried to walk from Patterson Park up to the American Brewery at dusk...alas, I am too lazy.

Easily one of the best sets I've ever seen of Baltimore.

^Lmao I'm not even going to ask.

Great Set! The b&w really gives off a strong mood to this collection that I really enjoyed. And the contrasting was very pleasing!

Ha, thanks for the comments, guys!

The black and white for me made some photos stand out much more. Though, I'm wondering if some of these are a bit too dark. Ah well. Thanks again guys!

Love the Patterson Park area. Could Baltimore be the biggest little known city in the US? Thanks for sharing the great pics marcus.

IMO, shadows could have been less dense in some of the photos. Overall, though, I think it's an outstanding set. B&W puts the emphasis on composition, and the compositions are strong.
