The PCs selected John Tory and Tim Hudak. Doug Ford is just the next logical step for them.

They might as well make "staying out of power" part of their platform!

The city has been won back by the smart, the Ford era is over.
Ford would've been a disaster as mayor of Toronto. His subway plans were nothing more than delusions that would've inevitably resulted in tax hikes.

However, I think Ford as premier would be quite a reasonable prospect. It's the only way renters like myself would see any tax breaks (the only city taxpayers are homeowners)

Another sign that the Three-Ring Fabulous Ford Family Circus is finally taking down their Big Top:

Doug Ford won't run for Ontario PC leadership

Thank gawd.

Ford said not running for the PC leadership was the hardest decision he's ever made, but he needed a break.

Good to know he'll be working cooperatively in council to ensure the success of Mayor Tory.

The best one: http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Rob-Ford-Memo...item339e6b9250

ebay.ca

You too can now own a pair of used $15 mass-produced pyjama pants Rob Ford actually wore while shopping at Wal-Mart! The best part - 10% (!!!) of the final sale goes to charity! That's potentially tens of dollars!

Seriously, is he this desperate for attention? Or is the drop in pay now that he's back on a councillors pay too much to bear? Or maybe Dougie cut him off from the Deco trust fund. They haven't exactly been seen together much since the election.

I can only imagine how filthy those pants might have gotten. Covered in piss, KFC grease, cheap vodka, and crack pipe fumes. He seems like the kind of guy that would wear them all weekend long with no underwear. Whoever buys them deserves them.

In other news "on the Ford spectrum", that wingnut and repulsive, unrepentant homophobe, Iola Fortino, one of the Ford brothers' most vociferous, disrespectful supporters, spoke out against the new sex-ed curriculum: "She's a dictator. She's forcing her lifestyle down our children's throats."

This is great. We don't hear from Ford for a while and then this comes up.

Amazing.

You forgot about the skid marks. As an added bonus maybe there's a couple old M&M's or something still in the pockets.

This one is disturbing. He's seriously messed up selling this. Pictured on the night he was filmed smoking crack arms around a guy who was shot dead soon after.

Most people don't know him outside Quebec, but this is the mayor of the City of Saguenay, Jean ''Là Là'' Tremblay. He's been controversial many times before, but here is a video produced with the city's comms department today where he is asking citizens and unions to mobilize against Greenpeace and... umm... ''intellectuals".
