Interested to see what this looks like in a few weeks...did someone pull the OMB complaint or did OMB make a decision without letting anyone know?

They are clearly taking these down...maybe they said screw it, just knock them down and deal with the consequences haha.

I think the OMB complaint was against the development itself and not against the demolition. It was a last ditch effort to halt the project, which has obviously failed.

Noticed today that the law office fronting Fullerton is still open for business. Wonder when they plan to vacate? Also the old Hakim optical building is vacant but no demolition has started on it.

Yeah not really sure what there game plan and timeline is, I feel like the demo of Camden will take some time given the bricks will be removed mostly by hand i assume. After that demo of the old Hakim building and work on the houses fronting Dufferin Ave may take place?

The building fronting Fullarton may likely come down last, curious to know what the lease status is as that would pretty easily tell us what "rygars" timeline might be.

Even for the 9 story phase 1 building I think that Fullarton building will need to come down

Well to be fair they are working on this in addition to the Tricar one across the street and currently those are the 2 "best" towers in London.

Bravo. Now bring down the Hakim building and the law offices and start excavation of the pit.

Blame the owners of the buildings in years past for putting zero money into them and not maintaining them. I am all for heritage buildings however we have no one to blame but the owners who were allowed to basically let them fall apart and rot.

It will be interesting to see how fast the other buildings on the site come down, such as Hakim and the law firm. Did Rygar just bulldoze the heritage buildings as fast as they could so they don't run into heritage issues in the future? Are they just going to sit on the site or will we see the project take shape?

It still bothers me that Rygar has no website and no previous history of building anywhere that I know of. I really hope we see this project move forward.

The Hakim optical building is still standing. As is the Law office. Don't understand why they haven't gotten the demolition permit for the Hakim building as it's been sitting empty for over a year now. The Law offices appear to be still open and in business. When do they vacate? Any news?
