Demolition company trailers now onsite on the NW corner of hospital buildings. Should see the heavy equipment soon for the demolition of the non heritage buildings.

I don't think they have even got to planning committee yet with their subdivision zoning application. You don't need zoning approval to apply for a demolition permit. Bring on the wrecking ball.

Guess I'll have to go explore it a few more times. Demolition will definitely take a month or so, as they have to strip the buildings first of any hazardous material, although scrappers have already done a decent job.
