Depends what you consider U/C. Excav should commence very soon and as for how long it takes to get down I have no idea, several months before they are bottomed out I would imagine.
Yeah, a list where Metro-Vancouver dominates, haha! This may even continue to grow as all the monster proposals in Burnaby, and now the good one in Surrey start to gain momentum.
That is the funny thing, the activity happening in in Metro Vancouver, and Calgary is still very impressive compared to most places (especially for our populations) but Toronto just skews it soooo much right now that people don't really notice. Honestly, there is still a crazy amount of cranes throughout Metro-Vancouver right now.
