Actually, "Wisteria Lane" sounds fitting for all of Pasadena. Obviously that doesn't really apply to Old Town (too commercial), but Pasadena's endless leafy, tree-lined residential streets collectively are every bit as emblematic as its popular commercial core. Although the movie is set in nearby San Marino, the picture-perfect postcard home used in the movie "Father of the Bride" is located in Pasadena on El Molino Street. I pass by it almost every day in fact. The Huntington Library and Gardens might also be associated with Pasadena, even though that too is within San Marino city limits.

The SF one is okay--too much reliance on "hobo blowjobs" and Boiler Room references--but "Chinese Driveways" and "Techspanol" are pretty original, funny and accurate.

Hilarious, and this is coming from someone who now lives in the "Tumbleweeds" section of Queens.

I live in the area south of 290 (Ben White Boulevard) that reads "comfy fatties and poverty" - both are somewhat true and false depending on the pockets in those areas you find yourself in.

I'm sort of surprised Detroit outside of downtown and midtown is just splattered with "black." Got to say that the Grosse Pointes "Wannabe WASPs" and "Actual WASP" made me laugh a bit. Also, the "Rich Strippers" up along Hall Road in Macomb County, and "Poor Stripers" for Warren. lol And the "Albanians Laundering Money for Italians" in Sterling Heights, mostly because I don't get the reference given that I associate Sterling Heights with mostly well-off Chaldeans as it's most interesting demographic.

The NYC maps are great. My all time favorite is "dangerous but getting gay" for Edgewater in Chicago

Looks like Burbank, Sun Valley and Shadow Hills. Typical 50's suburbs for the first two and equestrian ranch homes in the hills for Shadow Hills

i love these maps.. the LA one is pretty damn accurate other than Pasadena (mentioned before) and the term Hella (which we absolutely do not use down here)

"Hobo blowjobs" on the map honestly should just be called "lots of hobos"...but I'm sure you can get blow jobs from some of them. And rest assured, we have plenty of "crackwhore street walkers" in SF as well. SF is a land of opportunity, and there are undoubtedly many choices when it comes to getting a blowjob from a random street person. I wouldn't expect it to be free though. Probably gonna cost you at least one bottle of malt liquor.
