I'm probably the minority here, but I really like the tower designs (still hate the square base, though). It's been said before, but I really wish there was only one tower. They could at least make the crowns different, don't you think?

I was never a fan of that KUSI proposal. While it would have been cool to have another TV station based downtown, I hated that design. It reminded me of a tacky theme hotel you'd find in Las Vegas.

I was glad to read in the attached article that the outside of the building was more pedestrian-friendly and human scale than before. See what a little whining and complaining gets you? Fortunately, the developer says it will most certainly be modified more.
Does anyone recognize this rendering? I had it in my photobucket album and something tells me that it is a Bosa rendering. I'm wondering if this is the First and J project?
