Will Great Britain loose European Union's tallest structure?

Today Belmont TV Mast is with a height of 387.5 metres the tallest man-made object in the European Union. Nevertheless it may loose this title, as according to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Belmont...on controversy it is planned to reduce its height to 351.7 metres, making it the 2nd tallest in UK and the 14th tallest in the European Union ( the tallest structure in European Union will be than Torreta de Guardamar, a 370 metres tall military radio mast in Spain).
