More development in Store for the South Loop in 2015? Please Join the PDNA for this Very Important Community Meeting to Learn About Impacts to our Neighborhood. With real estate development and crime incidents heating up, It is critical that community members have the opportunity to ask questions and provide valuable feedback to our Alderman, 1st District, City Officials and Developers.
Founding President of the Lucas Museum of Narrative Arts, Don Bacigalupi will be on hand to provide THE MOST DETAILED LOOK YET into the new museum intended to educate and engage millions of visitors of all ages and backgrounds to explore new creative frontiers. "I'm eager to collaborate with Chicago's many outstanding cultural institutions and organizations as we work to create an unprecedented cultural experience for residents and visitors alike." Chicago Park District and CDOT will also be on hand to discuss the new parking garage planned on the west side of LSD.
Zoning attorneys, architects and Developers will be on hand to provide more details on major projects slated for the South Loop.

Existing Marmon Building
Richard Drihaus auto collection (Chicago Vintage Motor Carriage), currently at 700 S. Desplaines, will be renovating and moving to the historic Marmon Building, 2230 S. Michigan Ave, on Motor Row. Ald. Dowell is encouraging public displays and access during the annual McCormick Place Auto Show.
