Thanks for the update!

That middle section would be quiet the party place once it's complete. A pool, a bar nearby, lots of patio, etc.

Anyone here have any clue/guess of a finish date for this? I drive by almost everyday and haven't seen much of a change lately. Just curious how long it would take to finish the interior. They say a spring move in but that seems like quite a stretch at the rate I see them moving. Thanks for any opinions/info provided. I figured we must have some experienced people on here who may be able to shine some light on this project, even if it is simply a guess.

I think summer move in might be a likely date for 150 Main West (the existing building) but the much taller one should still be another year away from completion.

Something tells me they're not going to start until they have the second tower topped off.

That's about what I was thinking too. They say early spring, but I was leaning more towards late spring. Seems as though they want to finish the second tower ASAP.

Hey everyone
I was in the city on Friday and stopped to look at the nice tall crane. wanted to share a photo of how the building is changing the skyline and to show you how tall that crane is.

Looks like the floorplate for the 18th or 19th floor has been poured...10-11 floors to go, and it's already as tall as other buildings closeby...lovin' it!

Coming down the 403 yesterday, the crane for the Bella Tower now towers above most buildings and really stands out. The boom of the crane is even with the top of the Stelco Towers. Coming out of Westdale on King you can clearly see 150 Main and the Bella Towers towering out over it. Stelco Towers is 25 floors and the Bella Towers is 30 and built on a little higher ground. This should nicely stand out in the sky line. I can’t wait to The Connolly is added to the sky line.

I (poorly) added another 8 floors. That's quite a big dent in the skyline. I dig it. MOAR

From that view, the Connolly will kinda get blended in with the Chateau Royale/Ellen Fairclough/Sheraton blob. Should look kinda cool from the West and East though.

I think the biggest skyline changing developments will be the Tivoli and Artizen if then happen as they will stick out in the gap between 100 King West and Landmark place. The RCH will help as well but its pretty close to Landmark place.

It is nice to see some changes to the skyline.

Then if it ever gets built the Hammer would create a new gap.
