A nice article from NPR about the developing office market in downtown! Hopefully Rio Nuevo can get 2-3 more corporate HQs downtown and I think we'll start to see some more commercial (and hopefully tower) growth.

He forgot to add ... be built out AND UP from 'A' Mountain....

Caterpillar US gets moving

Work to clear out the former landfill will begin in June and is expected to last about 4 months. I hope the design is nice, I personally don't mind glass and steel but I think the best thing for the city is for buildings on the West side of I-10 to match the senior housing building that's already there.
