Fabulous pictures of a great city. Love the Trump graffiti! Are those ethnic restaurants on the Bench somewhere? I usually just hang out downtown and the North End when I visit, but next summer we'll be there for a month so I'll have to branch out. Thanks for posting.

Another great set of photos, Sawtooth. I think these pictures, while showing the natural beauty of the area, show that Boise isn't what people typically think of when they hear 'Idaho'.

Move to Boise if you really like the trees and nature and stuff.

Boise is growing. Hopefully it holds on to the attributes that set it apart as a unique city.

Beautiful photography.

Thanks FutureNorthEnder.

Those shops are on the Bench along Orchard Street and Overland Road. There are several others on Fairview Ave. Kibroms restaurant isn't very far from the Northend @ State near Veterans Parkway.

Thanks for photographing some of the ethnic markets in Boise. The amount that have opened up the past few years has been impressive.

This is interesting:

It is a real slide but not open to the public yet because construction is still wrapping up on the JUMP/Simplot World Headquarters complex. JUMP is an event center and the new corporate headquarters will house almost 800 employees.

Here are a few more photos. I will take a ride when it opens up and report back on how epic it is.

And there is also another slide on top of the new parking garage.

Great series. It looks very nice. A singer song writer I once interviewed for the local radiostation here spent a Summer in Boise once and wrote a rather beautiful song about it. Let me see if I can dig it up somewhere. Yeah, love the slides.
