the building in the background is horrible. Looks like something from a communist country in the 70s or 80s.

If this project stays on schedule, which it is according to what I am hearing, expect to see steel erection starting between the first or the second week of June.

Are there any other images of this project beyond the two that appear on the first page of the thread? Its amazing that something of this size has gone almost under the radar. Very little press coverage of this project.

This project is scheduled to complete in August of 2016. Wonder if they are still on schedule as it seems like the site is still getting prepped and excavated

Those dates on the permits are just estimates. I dont think there is any penalty for missing the deadline. At the most they may have to file for an extension with L&I if they fall behind. Any of these schedules can be altered by weather or unforeseen site issues.
