I'm liking it - I'm really liking it - it's modern, yet artistic! Great height too!

From their website, from the low 200s. Wonder how many square feet you get in that range... maybe 400?

Good thing this isn't in Durand or people living in $800,000 homes would surely block such 'luxury, elite condos'.

Some new renders. Looks like there have been some subtle tweaks to the design of the tower & podium, but nothing radical.

Interior finish options:

What I would give to see a Dark Horse Espresso, Balzacs or some similar legit local coffee outfit take the corner space. Love the new rendering.
Not sure if anyone else has caught this, but the overall height has slightly increased from the original design of 23 storeys. It's now a solid 24 and looks to even be 25 with the extra portion at the corner peak.

However, they just laid a bunch of mulch around the site which has me believing construction is nowhere near commencing. They wouldn't be prettying up a site if it was about to become a full fledged construction zone. I was hoping this would begin this summer, but I'm assuming that's not the case.

Do they even have a storefront to sell units or just from their website. Website says coming 2018, which seems a bit optimistic. Wondering why they continue to develop renderings if they are just nipping and tucking....lets start building already.

A while ago they applied to build a sales centre on the lot, but I don't know if they're actually going to go through with it. I got a call from an agent because I registered online, who said they'll be ready to begin sales in 60-90 days.

Agreed. I'll bet a sales centre is going on-site and that's a good thing. These churchies aren't messing around. Love their project and hope it works out great for their congregation. So good for that area. King West is about to explode: it's ripe.

Usually we're just stuck with the temporary metal fencing that does nothing special for the area around it during sales & construction.
