There a huge pipe at the bottom left of the tower.

Hahaha, I like the cake, it's cool how all the sections resemble actual Moscow City construction plots. Also, I lust realized that the towers kinda look drunk, cause they appear to lean on each other.

15 or 16 months...

Well, as I said, Moscow situated on washy ground and bogs, so here need very long works on foundation.

Check out first page, second post for official shots. lastest dates by 30 april. they update dynamic of construction every 1st and 15th day of month. Now it updated 30th april beacuse of celebration.

Here is another one taken and copyrighted on 1st may by Oleg Makarov. with this perspective pit looks very small... it is now that of course

Not necessarily. Communist style planned downtowns have a way of not looking like capitalist market driven downtowns.
