Best Skyline in Atlanta

Since the ATL has multiple skylines, I'd like to ask a question about the future potential of the main 3, and the affect each will have long term in shaping the city's image as an urban heavyweight.

So, which of the city's 3 main skyline has that urban vibe that is going to propel it as the must see/visit subarea of ATL.

Downtown, Midtown, and Buckhead all have distinctive skylines and about the same amount of office space. And each one has major plans to transform their respective areas into urban landscapes.

Which skyline and urban area do you believe will shine the most in the next 15 years?

This poll was a tough one for me.

Midtown is absolutely on fire right now and has been for nearly a decade or more.
But, I think downtown will catch fire this building cycle and the CIM's development in the Gulch will transform the skyline and the feel of South downtown.

Once the Gulch is filled in, south downtown will flourish.
