Which OFFICE tower in Midtown erects a crane 1st?

Midtown has 3 proposed office towers on the drawing boards. Which one will erect a fully operational crane first. We've been fooled before thinking a fenced-offed area is a positive sign (Evia), a big hole in the ground (Opus), and both a fence and a big hole in the ground (17th & Peachtree).

So let's vote.

It looks like Portman's had cleared the land for the office tower, but when will there be real movement on this project?
