I wonder how long it'll be before the tower(s) across from 10th & Spring erects a crane.
Lol not long

I think ATLMidCity was talking about the Toll Brothers Project (between Spring and W Peachtree) across from the Portman project.

The Hub (the building) is at Spring and Peachtree Pl , There is a Hub in Peachtree Center however it's the name used for the collection of eateries (foodcourt)
(the Ascent is at Peachtree Center; there's also an Ascent in midtown near 18th)

"It's complicated"
Is there a rendering for midtown Hub?
Edit: I see it was posted previously.

The 4th place winner is Lincoln Ventures at Spring & Abercombie streets.
The 5th place winner is Cousins at Spring & 10th streets.

Aaaand, drum roll please. The last residential tower to cross the finish line (with zero votes) is:
Toll Brothers dual towers sandwiched between Spring and W. Peachtree streets.
Although a crane hasn't been erected, as of yet, regardless - they're in dead last at this point.

Congratulations to the winners, and a "big thank you" to everyone who voted knowing that Toll Brothers would be dead last.

Time for a new crane watch poll.

A red base has been in place for about 2 weeks now. Any estimates on when it'll be fully erect?:
