This is a very unique design for a rental building.

Close enough? It's maybe a 10-15 minute drive depending on route and traffic. West Alabama at the building's location is two lanes I believe, maybe three...

West Alabama's three lanes, but it passes by Greenway Plaza, so it's not a smooth ride - and Alabama narrows east of Kirby, so the best bet traffic-wise is to hope the Southwest Freeway isn't congested.
