Isn't RBC complete?

I don't think it's 100% finished. I saw it in person a couple of weeks ago, and it seemed like they were still doing work on some of the floors.

It looks great by the way.

T/O means topped out.

I'm also not sure why the title says 48 stories because i'm pretty sure it's 42.
