Nice, Carlos! And the last picture has my first office in NYC... 1675 Broadway. I would have had a view of this out my old north-facing window on the 9th floor.

The cladding/textures in the rendering looked low-quality and this looks sooooooo good in person. Walked by it two days ago and I love it. + the height and it's a fantastic addition.

Really impressive, nice shots... This building is amazing. The more this building grows, the more I like him. I loved the glass...

That dark red brick building on the bottom, on the top floor corner, the darkened double windows facing Carlos' camera... that's David Letterman's office.

I was just sharing a tidbit of information. Sorry I offended you. I imagine someone on this forum appreciated it.

And yes, I care more about the tower rising too.

Any one have a guess as to how much further this one has to go? Seems like they should be nearing the top...

I'm also curious what the illuminated crown will look like that is shown in the models...

I'd guess 10-12 more floors. Shouldn't take long to get to the top with their pace.

Very cool. It's amazing that this point (place) in Times Square we can see this building and One 57 growing. It's good to have new buildings rising in this area.

When I saw this building from 42nd & Broadway last week I was taken back by how visible this tower is in the Times Square area.

I appreciate the info. Don't worry about fish, if you look at his posts he just spouts random thoughts with no connection to one another.

Everyone's entitled to their opinion.
I don't apologize for my opinion.
No harm done. Everyone's opinion is valued highly.
