-What I said at the top of the page- Maybe Skyline first hill, harbor view, 818 Stewart, enso, rollin street, and SLU streetcar. That would be sweet.

None of these 3 are completed. Quintessa is the closest to being completed, 5th & Madison is supposed to be completed in October, and Mosler Lofts will probably be done around the same time.

Nice! I didn't realize Hotel 1 was right across the street from 1521 ........ the unnamed photo at Swedish I know is their Orthopedic addition........ since all us baby boomers are gonna start needing walkers someday.

Great update!

FYI the Seventh & Westlake proposals haven't included the hotel in your picture, just the right half of the block.

818 Stewart is 9th & Stewart. The same developer does have a taller (34-story?) office proposal for the NW corner of the block.

Nice job on the updates! Those of us out here in the hinterlands don't get to Seattle/Bellevue as often as we'd like, esp. now that it will take 6 hours to get to dt SEattle...On another note I am very much looking forward to seeing AVA and 1521 grace the skyline. those two crystalline towers will bookend views of DT from the north, and I think they will be stunning additions to the skyline and the streetscape!!!

Ooh, I've been waiting for that one.

Time to go up the Space Needle again. I was waiting for the Escala crane. Haven't been up in several weeks.

sucks that the Hotel isn't included in the 7th and Westlake site because I would really like to see it gone!!

Terrific updates! Had a friend in town and rented an automobile. Drove past the impressive amount of activity all around the city. I also went to Tacoma and wow, there is much more going on there than I thought. Things are booming around these parts.

well hopefully all this residential construction will have an affect in our economy and some developer will plan the cities new tallest. It's been a while since we got a true skyscraper. Last 1 was probably the Seattle Municipal Building (the brown and green building right behind the Columbia Tower).

Today's wave of construction makes a new tallest less likely, not more likely. Buildings are built because people need space, and lots of new space is going up -- much more cost-efficiently than a supertall.
