The wraparound balconies are only on 2 of the 6 towers... and partial wraparound balconies on 1 more, but 3 towers, including the 2 tallest, have no balconies at all.

Same location - it's just what Pinnacle used in their render.

The park was part of Menkes original submission.

Y'know. I take it back. I'm getting confused with all these proposals.

This proposal has all the fine grained urbanism of a Vaughan City Centre development. Even the concept of retail on the park is lost in a long glass podium building made with repeating CRUs. At least it's going up in a brownfield and not in the middle of an existing urban area. Southcore 2.0? Not really. Closer to Cityplace 2.0 but, with five times the density.

This is just another in a long series of visual concepts put out by the developer, but I very much doubt we've seen the end product yet...

Good news, but how long until the taller ones get started?

From what I've been hearing, Toronto condo sales are humming.

I miss the long-gone part of the Condo section in the Saturday Star that detailed sales percentages of highrise developments. Now we're just left with speculation.

The towers will range in height from 64 stories to 90 stories. Could be another supertall at 90 stories!

We have known the heights all along. As it stands right now, it's 190 cm too short

At this rate, CN Tower will eventually be dwarfed by one of this super tall buildings in DT TO and losing its special status as a tourist destination. Imagine standing inside the observation deck on top of the tower and see an apartment unit shortly across on same level, instead of the expanding view of the GTA. Developers are competing to have the tallest building in town, but to what end? Just bragging right or the highest numbers of units?

I’m lost in all these TO projects. Is the YSL tower (98 stories) under construction?

It's far more likely that a supertall tower will be off in the distance and from the CN observation deck will appear to be just another tower among many...

The days the CN Tower being the landmark in DT TO are numbered. Eventually one of those ultra modern looking super skyscrapers will dethrone it. I left TO for a long period of time. It'd changed so dramatically I hardly recognized it. The number of new condos is mind boggling.
