this is being marketed at 800,000 square feet, with 30 office floors, and 2 mechanical floors. it will have 27,500 square feet of usable floorspace on each level..

It matches well with Telus and PWC, but I can't but wish it was taller. Bremner Blvd would be so much more of a canyon once construction along there is finished.
