What a sight for sore eyes. So nice to see this thing rise after so many years.

Only thing more satisfying will be seeing The old Ritz Carlton rise out of the ashes.

Wow, those wall sections in the core of the tower look to have almost as much rebar in them as concrete!

It's going to be one sturdy tower. Even though the exposed exterior pillars will give the impression to people that there isn't very much support.

Thanks for the photo from the amazing vantage point, Quobobo. It doesn't look like the project will have an especially large floorplate. Does anyone know the gross leasable area per floor? Anticipated per-square-foot lease rates?

If I remember correctly GLA should be around 15,000 which is pretty standard for a Vancouver office floor plate.
