Great find! Someone other than myself has explored the roof of Ottawa's tallest PDV-C.

What is the tower under construction at the far left of the photo? The one with the slanted roof. Looks nice.

I took these photos from my workplace at the Civic Hospital. Sadly, I wasn't able to get a better one of downtown (not that our downtown skyline is particularly nice), but if you look to the left you can see Performance Court, Tribeca (hidden in this picture) and the Merit (you can also see Hom and the top of Vanier Hall from this location), not to mention Soho Lisgar's top is in this photo and you can see Hudson Park and a bit of Mondrian. If you go to my Flickr page and view this image in it's full size you can see the cranes for Cathedral Hill, Gotham, 90 Elgin.

I'll try to take better ones where you can see Tribeca - you see quite a lot of it because it's a mixture of tall and surrounded by much shorter buildings.

I much rather prefer the skyline of West Wellington/Hintonburg/Tunney's Pasture as you have a variety of building heights and designs (not necessarily attractive ones, but I appreciate them more from this angle), not to mention the sea of leafy green trees and the rolling Gatineau Hills in the distance.

This looks like it was taken from the top floor break area of the Heart Institute (the pine tree on the left looks like the Ruskin/Melrose roundabout).

First time I'm thankful for the height restrictions. Thanks for the shots!

Nice shot! Makes Ottawa very big, urban and "gritty", which we all know it is not.

From the Sparks Street BIA Facebook page. The size is off. It looks better when it's smaller.

For sure, downtown's density can sometimes resemble a large metropolis from the air.

Photo taken from the Arboretum of our downtown. Notice Perfomance Court (looks great from here), Tribeca, Claridge Plaza, Merit are now a part of this skyline view.

This is my favourite view of quite possibly the best buildings Ottawa has. You can see beside Tribeca Gotham under construction.

It's worth going to see this in person, but I really liked this view. It made the buildings look good and more like a city, but Gloucester is such an odd street. There's skyscrapers and one side and everything south of it is mid- or low-rise, with lots of parking lots around.
