Looks like it

Complain to them, not me. Ramako is a TO forumer who seems to be close with the mods, and they don't care that his renders aren't cited. It would be typical of them to penalize me for something they condone for someone else, but I don't think that is going to happen

I'm no closer to the mods than you are. (though I would definitely enjoy the ability to edit the diagrams)

I've always been under the impression that renderings, unlike photos, did not need to be credited as they are publicly released pieces of marketing. Do we really need to put "Rendering by Tridel" or "Rendering by Lanterra" below them?

Mods, please clarify.

Yeah I've gotten over the whole "saying the wrong things" crap. After the attacks I and my threads have suffered over the past week I would say it is more than justified.

The ones that should be banned are the ones who can't accept that this is a public forum full of diverse interests and opinions.

This looks promising. The urban scaled, pedestrian friendly podium is nice. Nice to see Burnaby maintaining consistency with its new projects.

Metrotown will really become an impressive skyline, it looks as if this year it will already have 4 towers over 100m u/c (2 of them over 140m, and one of them the office tower Metro Tower 3 at 109m) and now potentially 5 or 6 with some of these now proposals.

Also of note, the Credit Suisse Tower goes before the UDP this Wednesday.

The Credit Suisse tower is stunning. I hope the UDP doesn't ruin it. If anything, I hope they increase the height! but that won't happen

Where is this Silver located? Is it the proposal next to Metroplace?

I really wish someone would create a future render or 2 for Metrotown, with its 2 tallest u/c right now and a few others popping up in its top 10 seems like it will be going through quite the transformation.

I've been pleading for someone to do that for ages! I would but there are no shots I can find for it that would allow me to do a decent render. I can only do Winnpeg and Regina

In fact, 4 out of Metrotown's top 10 are under construction (including MT III, because it's already above ground and it will restart construction in a month or so), 2 are proposed, and 4 are already complete.

That is pretty damn impressive. And there is apparently another one on the table just down the block from Metroplace and Silver that will be in the top 10 as well.

anything new to report? I think I saw something about Edmonton in another thread.

Does anyone have any insight into that?

A huge proposal for London was unveiled recently. Not sue of the height but it could make the top 25 outside the GTA.

SoHo Wellington Centre. $300 million. 2x26 floors.

I know of the proposal but I can't include it without at least an estimation of the height.

Urbia in Edmonton is almost certainly dead. Talk in the Edmonton forum suggests the 'proposal' was simply to facilitate an up-zoning of the land.

Oh okay. That's great news haha! Any other major potentials on Edmonton's horizon though?

What about Alberta Boots in Calgary? Is that actually a thing?

Montreal might soon have a 214m tower proposal. It all depends how accurate Vaillant's scoop is.
