Looks as if they are installing a mid level mechanical floor (or floors) and the cladding to match. Very sharp.

You can see the internals of the mechanical level in the shot on Nov 4, 2011 by Dwils.

Some of the nicest glass I have ever seen. Any concern about how city soot and dirt will make that shiny box look scumy? Closest thing maybe be RBC Dexia which looks pretty clean.

I'm liking the look of this tower. Will be a great addition to Toronto once finished.

Well you can't say it doesnt have unique cladding. The most interesting feature has yet to be installed.

ya especially in that middle shot! Bay street is basically our ONLY decent streetwall outside the CBD. it's so sad how we can't get more of these canyons...

and ya, i dig the cladding. looks superfresh.

I really like the cladding on this one. I know I've said it before, but I'll say it again: it reminds me a bit of BofA in NY. I can't wait to see the curved glass facade.

Hospital for Sick Children Research Tower, with its unique cladding this building continues to rise to the top as it dominates this section of Bay Street.

Toronto will get lots of street canyons beyond the CBD. One is developing on Yonge, University will get better, the Gardiner canyon will be spectacular, and there are even some forming in Mississauga and North York.

Haven't been to this part of Toronto for a few weeks, but walked past this tower last night. I have to say the cladding looks spectacular in person. Even better than it looks in the photos.
