^The excavation actually surprised me for how shallow it is, especially when comparing it to two shorter buildings-Shangri-La in Vancouver and the Bow in Calgary.

This building also bares a striking resemblance to another gorgeous building recently erected in Chicago:



Ironically, Toronto's will be taller.

Well, let's admit it the picture is taken from a rather unflattering angle. I'd love to see Toronto get a 'scraper with some metallic accents like that.

webcam seems to be down... i guess all we can do is wait

I took this photo today... i just happened to notice the big shiny black Aura hoarding... is that new?.. (its probably just my lack of paying attention)

Nonetheless, the hoarding looks classy
