Interesting Facts/Records (in own words): RKS Liblice 1 is a transmission facility in Czech, which was used for different radio services since its inaugauration in 1931. First it was used formediumwave broadcasting. After World War II it was used unil Mid-Ninties for the time signal transmitter "OMA".

Both towers of RKS Liblice 1 are insulated against ground and carry a T-antenna.

A special feature of RKS Liblice 1 is, that both towers are although designed as free-standing towers additionally guyed. Hereby it is most remarkable that both towers are guyed in a different manner. One tower is guyed with 4 ropes divided by insulators in a height of approximately 110 metres, while the other tower is guyed with 4 ropes, which are not divided by insulators on its top.

On August 11th, 2004 the tower, whose guys are divided by insulators was demolished by explosives.
